Wir, Lukas (24) und Marvin (26) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner. Wir sind etwas spät dran, da sich unsere Wohnsituation kurzfristig geändert suchen wir nur nach zwei neuen Mitbewohnern. Euch erwarten ein schicker Holzdielenboden in der gesamten Wohnung, das Bad ist natürlich gefließt. Zu unserer Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Balkon der zum Innenhof zeigt und zum Grillen einlädt. Unsere WG besteht seit über 3 Jahren, so dass wir bereits eine gute Küchenausstattung sowie weiteres Mobilar besitzen. Die Lage an der August-Bebel-Straße ist sehr zentral: HBF und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Bäcker, ein Kiosk, eine Apotheke und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir sowohl eine Studenten als auch eine Beschäftigten WG sind, heißen wir eigentlich jeden männlichen (sorry Mädels) Bewerber willkommen. Der einzige Wunsch an dich wäre, dass du unkompliziert bist.
