Auch gibt es einen großen Esstisch der gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.
Das Bad mit Dusche ist von der Toilette getrennt, damit es hier keine allzugroßen Engpässe gibt.

Die S-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und fährt zu Stoßzeiten im 10 Minuten Takt nach München.
Fahrzeit in die Münchner Innenstadt beträgt 15 Minuten. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 2 Minuten bis zur Autobahn und man ist in je nach Verkehrslage in 15 Min in der Innenstadt oder in 45 Minuten an den Münchner Hausbergen.
Mit der S-Bahn/BOB ist man auch sehr schnell in den Bergen und kann die wunderschöne Natur und er Münchner Umgebung bestens erreichen.
