Großes helles Zimmer mehr oder weniger im Keller aber mit 3 Fenstern. Auf der unteren Etage befindet sich sonst nur die Abstellkammer und der zweite Ausgang ins Treppenhaus/ zu den Kellerabteilen. Kühl im Sommer und gemütlich im Winter mit ausreichend Platz für Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und was man sonst noch so braucht.
Im wunderschönen ruhigen Taufkirchen gelegen im alten Ortskern und umgeben von viel Grün. S-Bahn ist mit schnellem Gang in 5min zu erreichen, von dort aus ist man in 20min am Marienplatz. Stellplätze sind an der Straße ausreichend vorhanden, optional gäbe es für 20€ im Monat eine Duplex Garage in der Nähe.
Ich bin offen, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich arbeite in München bin aber auch öfter mal im Home Office. Sonst mag ich gerne Sport (Handball) und bin viel unterwegs.
Das moderne und helle (Fenster-) Bad wurde vor ca. 2 Jahren renoviert. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen im Bad und auch Robby (Saug-Wisch-Roboter) vorhanden.
Die Küche ist relativ klein aber hat alles was man braucht, großer Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd und Spülmaschine.
Der Balkon ist klein und gemütlich und man sitzt geschützt vor Wind und Wetter.
