Sehr große WG mit zwei Bädern, großem Gemeinschaftsraum und einem Gästezimmer.
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zur großzügigen Terrasse. Es ist mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet und dadurch sehr hell. Rollos sind schon installiert und können ohne Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Info: Ende August wird noch ein weiteres WG-Zimmer frei mit ca. 15qm.
Die WG liegt in Taufkirchen (Potzham) im Gewerbegebiet. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 min zu Fuß entfernt und die nächste S-Bahn ist mit dem Fahrrad in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort sind es dann ca. 20 min bis zum Marienplatz.
Zu Fuß ist außerdem in unter 5 min ein Aldi, sowie ein Rossmann erreichbar. Ärzte sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.
In der WG leben nach dem Auszug von mir und noch einem anderen Mitbewohner noch zwei Berufstätige, ein Selbstständiger und ein Angestellter, beide im IT- Bereich.
Einer davon nur englischsprachig, er lernt aber momentan die deutsche Sprache ;)
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Zusammen essen oder kochen ist kein Problem. Der Putzplan wird bei Einzug neu verhandelt ;)
Ich selber bin Medizinstudentin und werde mich ab August mehr ins Stadtzentrum bewegen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet!
