Liebe Leute,
es gibt ein freies Zimmer im Hausprojekt HC9 (Heinrich-Cotta Straße) in Tharandt.
Das Haus gehört zum Mietshäuser Syndikat. quasi uns und wird gemeinsam Stück für Stück mit viel Holz, Lehm und Sand renoviert. Unser nächstes großes Projekt ist eine kuschlige Gemeinschaftsküche mit Küchenhexe!
Das freie Zimmer ist im ersten Stock und ca. 20 qm groß. Dazu gibt es einen kleinen Garten, Ofenheizung, Feste und viele liebe Nachbarn, im Haus/Wohnung. Zurzeit wohnen 6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder und eine Katze im Haus. Dienstagabend findet das lockere Plenum statt.

Es dauert circa eine viertel Stunde läuft man zum Bahnhof, dann ist man in 20min in Dresden oder in Freiberg, je nach Belieben
