Hallo,
ich bin gerade erst in die WG/Wohnung gezogen und die Zimmer sind noch nicht "eingeteilt". Es gibt ein Zimmer mit 9m2 und eins mit 16m2. Beide Zimmer sind hell und gut geschnitten. Die Straße ist nicht stark befahren, wodurch es in der Wohnung ruhig ist.
Auf den Bildern sieht der Boden etwas "verfärbt" aus, aber er ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG. Im Innenhof ist auch Platz, um sich bei gutem Wetter hinzusetzen.
Die Küche werde ich nächste Woche ebenfalls einrichten. Wenn es Dir passt, kann die Wohnung/das Zimmer bereits nächste Woche angeschaut werden.
Falls du also spontan für das WiSe 2021 noch ein Zimmer suchst, bist du bei mir richtig (ich beginne mit Forstwissenschaften).
Zur Uni in Tharandt sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Bitte beachten: Laut Aussage des Vermieters sind leider keine Haustiere wie Hunde in der Wohnung erlaubt.
