Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet: Ein Bett mit 2,0 m x 1,4 m, ein intergrierter Schrank mit Spiegeltüren, ein Nachtschrank und ein Sessel. Auf Anfrage kann ich gerne einen kleinen Schreibtisch besorgen. Oder es kann ein weiteres kleines Zimmer als Büro mitbenutzt werden (Preis VHB). Küche, Bad, Balkon und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt. WLAN ist in der ganzen Wohnung verfügbar. Es gibt ein Festnetz-Telefon Europa Flatrate fürs Festnetz (Frankreich, USA & Kanada auch Mobil). Bettwäsche und bei Bedarf auch Handtücher bekommst du von mir gestellt.

The room is simply furnished: a bed with a 2.0 mx 1.4 m, an intergrated wardrobe with mirrored doors, a bedside table and a chair. On request I can get you a small desk. Or we share another small room which is my office(price negotiable). Kitchen, bathroom, balcony and living room are shared. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. There is a fixed-line telephone which includes a flat rate for landline in Europe (France, USA & Canada also mobile). Bed linen and towels, if required, you get from me.

Die Metro Linie B (Station François Verdier)ist 3 Min. entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Zetrum von Toulouse und alles ist gut von hier erreichbar. Shopping Center, Behörden, Cafés, Restaurants, Bahnhof "Gare Matabiau", der Flughafenbus etc.
Metro line B (station François Verdier) is 3 min. The apartment is located right in the center of Toulouse, and everything is easily accessible from here. Shopping centers, government agencies, cafes, restaurants, train station "Gare Matabiau", the airport bus etc.
Ich stelle mir das WG LebenIch bin 34 Jahre alt und komme aus Deutschland. Ich arbeite mal Vormittags, mal Nachmittags, manchmal auch Nachts in einem großen Industriebetrieb in der Nähe von Toulouse. Wenn ich zu Hause bin dann koche ich gern, unterhalte mich gern übers Reisen, Menschen, Träume, Filme, Musik, trink gern Kaffee und Wein. Deine Relegion, sexuelle Identität, Profession / Studium ist mir egal, Hauptsache wir finden einen guten Umgang miteinander und können diese Wohnung miteinander teilen. Manchmal bin ich gern ein Stubenhocker, oft aber auch fast nie zu Hause und ich reise sehr sehr gerne.
I imagine the WG life open, friendly and especially respectful. I am 34 years old and come from Germany. I work in the morning times, once in the afternoon, sometimes at night in a large industrial plant near Toulouse. When I'm at home I like to cook, talk willingly about traveling, people, dreams, movies, music, drink, like coffee and wine. Your Relegion, sexual identity (myself am gay), Profession / Study isn't important in this house, as long as we find a good way to share this apartment. Sometimes I like being a couch potato, sometimes I am never at home after work and I like traveling a lot.
