Hallo!Ich plane eine WG zu gründen und suche noch einen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung ist in Trier Biewer (10 Bus Minuten bis zur Porta ca. 25 bis zur Uni)im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus. Es sind (insgesamt) 400 Euro Provision an den Markler und (insgesamt) 720 Euro Kaution zu bezahlen. Da ich noch nicht in der Wohnung wohne, würde ich mich mit Dir in einem Cafe treffen um dich kennezulernen, bevor wir die Wohnung besichtigen. Studenten werden bevorzugt. LG Nils
