Das Zimmer ist komplett mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es ist 20 qm groß, hell, überaus ruhig und verfügt über zwei Fenster in Richtung Garten und Straße.
Filsch ist ein sehr ruhiges und ländliches Dorf. Allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni (3 Minuten mit dem Bus). Das Zentrum ist mit 15 Minuten Busfahrzeit auch nicht weit. Verkehrsanbindungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, DM) in der Nähe.
Die WG- Mitbewohner sind alle berufstätig und im Alter zwischen 26 und 28 Jahre alt. Beide Mitbewohner sind sehr sympathisch, äußerst nett und völlig unkompliziert, sodass das WG leben sehr viel Spaß macht.
Die WG ist topausgestattet und befindet sich in einem Neubauhaus. Aufgrund der sehr günstigen Monatsmiete von 300 € warm (zudem gibt es keine jährliche Nebenkostenabrechnung!) ist das WG- Zimmer sehr geeignet für Studenten und Berufspendler.
