Hallöchen liebe Zimmer-Suchende!
Ich ziehe aus der 2er WG in Gusterath aus und suche einen Nachmieter ab Januar 2013.
Die insgesamt 85qm große 2 Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über eine große und sehr helle komplett eingerichtete Küche. Auch das Bad ist sehr hell und es gibt eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 30qm groß und die Warmmiete beträgt 310 Euro (inklusive Heizkosten). Der Strom muss noch zusätzlich gezahlt werden, welche im Moment 32 Euro monatlich sind.
Die Decke und ein Teil der Wand sind aus Holz.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Problemen an der Wohnung.
Über der Wohnung wohnt eine sehr nette Familie, mit der man sich den Müll- bzw. Winterdienst teilt.
Es gibt 3 Bushaltestellen, die zu Fuß innerhalb von 1 Minute erricht werden können.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er Wg.
Auch meine Mitbewohnerin wird voraussichtlich anfang nächsten Jahres ausziehen und wird sich um eine weiteren Nachmieter kümmern.
