Hi, ich heisse Olaf,
und suche eine/n Mitbewohner*in. Zu vergeben sind 2 Zimmer (1x30QM für 350,- / 1x15QM für 300,-) in einem Haus/Dachgeschoss in Gusterath. Die Uni ist 4 KM entfernt. Es gibt viel Ruhe hier, eine Wekstatt, Garten, ggfl. eine Solawie-Gemüsebeteiligung und viel Natur drumherum. WLAN, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene ist vorhanden. Es fahren Stadtbusse Linie 31 und 88. Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohner*in ab September 2021. Nicht als reine Zweck-WG.

Bus Nr. 88 und 31 fahren regelmässig ins Stadtzentrum, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.
