Wir suchen zum 01.06.2015 eine/n Mitbewohner/in:
Es handelt sich um ein 20qm Zimmer in einer 85qm 3 ZKB Wohnung für 350 Euro all incl.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Wanne und in allen Räumen extra große Fenster, weswegen die Wohnung schön hell ist.
Palastgarten und Viehmarkt sind gleich um die Ecke, d.h. es liegt mitten in der Innenstadt (Adresse dann per PM), aber dennoch total ruhig da in einer Seitenstraße. Lage also perfekt, bloss fehlt ein Balkon, aber das machen die Fenster wett und der Park ist quasi vor der Tür. Bushaltestelle zur Uni etc. und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch in direkter Nähe.
Kaution sind 550 Euro.
