Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin in dem Zeitraum vom 15.08-20.10.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß. An dem Zimmer befindet sich direkt ein Balkon. Die Möbel werde ich teilweise frei räumen, damit du genug Platz hast.
Küche und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Meine Mitbewohnerin Lara studiert Psychologie und ist 20 Jahre alt. Sie wird in der Zeit auch ab und zu in der Wohnung sein. Also falls du Trier erkunden willst, gibt sie dir gerne ein paar Tipps. Eine Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig und der Bahnhof keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Vorab wäre eine Kaution fällig, welche im Anschluss wieder ausgezahlt wird, wenn das Zimmer nicht beschädigt wurde.
