Your future room is 16 m2. The three big windows make sure you always have a lot of light in the room. There is a large living room and a spacious kitchen with dining area and access to our balcony, which is on the south side and is therefore sunny and invites you to chill. Behind the house is a courtyard where you can (safe) turn off your bike.
Zimmer
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 16 m2. Die drei großen Fenster sorgen dafür, dass du immer viel Licht im Zimmer hast. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich und Zugang zu unserem Balkon der auf der Südseite liegt und somit sonnig ist und zum chillen nur so einlädt. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Innenhof in dem man (sicher) sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
Location
The location is a dream. You're in the middle of what's happening and get everything in no time. There are only 10 minutes walk to the Moselle, 10 minutes to the FH, and you can reach the university in 15 minutes by bus. To Aldi you only need 1 minute and the bus stop is only 3 minutes away and buses drive in every direction every few minutes. You can also reach everything very quickly by bike.
Lage
Die Lage ist ein Träumchen. Du bist mitten im Geschehen und erreichst alles in kürzester Zeit. Zur Mosel sind es nur 10min zu Fuß, zur FH ebenfalls 10 Minuten, und die Uni erreichst du in 15min mit dem Bus. Zum Aldi brauchst du nur 1 Minute und die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und alle paar Minuten fahren Busse in jede Richtung. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du ebenfalls alles sehr schnell.
WG life
Sophia (26) and me, Michelle (27). Our WG life is super relaxed and we also enjoy doing something together privately. Communication is important for us, so that consideration, for example in exam phases, is natural.
