Hallo,
wir, Nora (24) und Kathi (24) suchen Verstärkung für unsere dreier WG. Dein Zimmer ist 24m² groß, sehr hell (große Fenster, weißes Laminat) und die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof (kein Lärm von Fußgängerzone). Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche, einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie Flur und Keller. Natürlich besitzen wir auch noch eine Telefon- und Internetflatrate.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, Aldi, Viehmarkt und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist ab 15.8.08 frei und die Miete beträgt 264€ warm. Wir würden uns auch freuen mit dir ab und zu mal was zu trinken oder auch zusammen zu kochen, also keine Zweck WG.
