Wir, d.h. Sarah (23) Anne (26) und Fabian (26) suchen ab 15.3. einen neuen Mitbewohner (m) für unsere geräumige 4er WG. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig in der Theodor-Heuss-Allee. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar und es gibt auch jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Alleencenter, Aldi, Norma etc.). Wir wohnen auf insgesamt 225m2, es gibt zwei Bäder (Wanne, und Dusche!), zwei Balkone und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Du würdest zwei Zimmer (11 und 13m2) mieten, die sich sehr gut als Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer eignen. Die Miete kostet warm, inklusive Telefon- & DSL-Flat 297€. Da wir teilweise im Berufsleben stehen, sind natürlich Studenten und auch Berufstätige willkommen. Meldet euch am Besten per Telefon 0651 – 463 1342 oder per mail an .
