Hallo! Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer 3er-Wg vom 15.08. oder 01.09. bis zum 15.05. oder 01.06.2010. Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Zimmer, welches nicht zur Paulinstraße sondern zur anderen Seite hinaus liegt, Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schränke, Schreibtisch, Couch, Couchtisch, TV-Tisch) und in der Wohnung ist auch alles vorhanden. Obendrein gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung aller Mitbewohner. Lage ist extrem zentral, Aldi und Norma zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die Porta. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Ihr hättet zwei weibliche Mitbewohnerinnern (26 und 27). Falls ihr Festnetz und Internet benötigt, dann würde das noch einmal 16 Euro pro Monat zusätzlich kosten (ist aber kein Muss). Für einen Besichtigungstermin meldet euch unter ----/-------.
