Wir (2 Studenten (w/23, m/27) Raucher, koffeinabhängig, unkompliziert) bieten noch ein großes, helles Zimmer (30m², Altbau, 4m hohe Decken) in zentralster Lage (Fußgängerzone/Bushaltestelle: Karl-Marx-Haus). Die WG hat außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine Dachterasse und noch Platz für eine Spülmaschine (Telefon- & DSL-Flat inklusive). Du solltest 22+, kommunikativ, umgänglich und unkompliziert sein.
