Hey. Ab Juni ist bei uns (4er WG) ein Zimmer frei (auch früher möglich, zeitlich flexibel)! Super zentral gelegen, zwischen Bahnhof (Entf. 2 min.) und Porta erwartet Dich ein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer, Altbau mit Dielenböden, Wintergarten und eigenem Balkon mit Blick auf die Weinberge! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell (DG) mit einem weiteren Südbalkon, der von unserer Wohnküche ausgeht. Bad mit Badewanne, Keller, Fahrradabstellplatz, WaMa und SpüMa vorhanden. Kaufland, Edeka 4 Min. zu Fuß, Rewe 10 Min. Wir sind ein bunter Mix aus Studenten und schon Arbeitenden und freuen uns auf Dich!Wenn Du gerne kochst oder im Sommer auf dem Balkon bei einem Glas Wein/Flasche Bier oder einer Grillwurst sitzt, dann heißen wir Dich herzlich willkommen!!
