Mein Zimmer in einer 3er-WG (w25/m24/du) wird zum 15.12. (auch etwas früher oder später möglich) frei. Es hat 18m² in einer 93m² großen Wohnung und kostet 270 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Tel./Internet). Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Balduinstraße in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ist voll ausgestattet (Badewanne/ Waschmaschine/ Gasherd/ Mikrowelle..). Bushaltestellen sind jede Menge vorhanden und Kaufland ist direkt gegenüber. Das Zimmer wird leer sein, auf Wunsch kann aber auch eine Couch und ein Hochbett übernommen werden - über andere Möbel lasse ich mit mir verhandeln. Wenn du nett bist und Interesse hast, melde dich einfach per Mail bei mir und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus. Gerne auch Erstsemester, obwohl meine Mitbewohner schon in höheren Semestern sind.
