Hallöchen :-),
da ich nächste Woche umziehen werde, brauche ich dringend einen Nachmieter für mein Wg-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Man ist innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, am Karl-Marx Haus, Aldi, Forum und an der Bushaltestelle. Von dort kommt alle paar Minuten ein Bus, der hoch zur Uni fährt. Jedoch eignet sich die wohnung auch für Studenten der Fachhochule, da diese auch nicht so weit davon entfernt wäre. DIe Miete insgesamt beträgt 280 Euro, zuzüglich 8 Euro Internetkosten.Meine Mitbewohner sind alle super lieb ;-)
