Hey,
wir (Svenja und Phil) suchen ab jetzt einen netten Nachmieter für den kleinen Alex. Das Zimmer hat ca 18qm Wohnfläche und liegt zur Sonnenseite. Die Lage ist erste Sahne, bis zur Porta Nigra sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. In den 209 Euro sind Internet Flat und Telefon schon enthalten. Kaution gibt es keine.
Aus erfahrung noch ein kleiner Hinweis zur Lage: Bei der Schreinerei muss man durch das große Braune Holztor in den Hinterhof, dort befindet sich dann der Eingang (viele finden es nicht auf Anhieb).
Also - worauf wartet ihr? Anrufen! (gegen Abend sollte fast immer jemand erreichbar sein.)
