ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer mit 16qm Wohnfläche in einer Maisonettewohnung. Du teilst dir die zweistöckige Innenstadtwohnung mit meinen lieben Mitbewohnern (Kaddi, Sebastian, Stefan und Julien). Es gibt 2.5 Badezimmer und eine schöne große Wohnküche! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und Uni sowie FH mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Cafés und Bars findet man um die Ecke. In dem Haus wohnen noch zwei weitere WGs.
Du solltest mindestens 20 Jahre alt sein und schon WG-Erfahrungen haben !!!! Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 01.07. (ggf auch später) für dich einzugsbereit.
