Wir suchen zum 1. August einen neuen Mitbewohner (m/w, Nichtraucher/in!) für unsere 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13-14m² groß und sehr hell.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Innenstadt). Die Bushaltestelle Nikolaus-Koch-Platz ist in 1 Minute und der Hauptmarkt in ca. 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte befinden in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die WG verfügt über einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Internet- und Telefonflatrate (DSL, WLAN).
