Ab dem 15.08., nach Rücksprache auch früher möglich, suche ich einen Nachmieter für ein helles Dachgeschosszimmer in einer gemütlichen 4er WG in der Maarstraße 52. Es handelt sich um eine Haus-WG. Du teilst dir zwei Bäder und eine große Wohnküche mit deinen drei Mitbewohnern. Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß. Die Miete beträgt alles inkl. 280€. D.h. für Internet- und Telefonflat, Heizung, Strom etc. kommen keine extra Kosten auf dich zu. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Platz in einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Bei Interesse schickt mir eine Mail und wir vereinbaren einen Besichtigungstermin.
