Ich bin Jan, 30 Jahre alt, habe in Berlin Geschichte studiert und bin seit vier Jahren Journalist beim Südwestrundfunk, davon die vergangenen zwei Jahre in Mannheim. Seit Oktober arbeite ich im Studio Trier und bin derzeit in einem Hostel untergekommen.
Jetzt ist mir eine tolle Wohnung angeboten worden - von privat, also provisionsfrei. 140m², riesiges Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener, top-ausgestatteter Küche, drei getrennte und schallgedämmte Wohnzimmer zwischen ca. 15 und 25 m², Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, extra Gäste-WC, Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Alles sehr gut saniert, isoliert, hochwertig.
Alleine kann ich mir die Wohnung nicht leisten, aber womöglich als WG mit Berufstätigen oder Studenten, die finanziell abgesichert sind. Kosten pro Zimmer ca. 400-600 Euro, müsste man im Detail je nach QM noch ausrechnen.
