Hey,
ich (23, Sozialwissenschaftsstudent) suche ab sofort (oder ab 01.02.2011) eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/-in für eine Dachgeschoss-WG in der Engelstraße 45 in Trier.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche, Bad und WC (getrennte Räume) und zwei Zimmern zu je 10-12m², wovon eines Deins sein könnte. Die Wohnung verfügt über Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Sehr gute Anbindung zu den Buslinien, da es zur Porta nur fünf Gehminuten sind und von dort alle Busse abfahren. In der Miete von 280€ ist bereits alles (Miete, Heizung, Telefon, Internet etc.) enthalten.
