Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
Da ich mit meinem Studium fertig bin, suche ich zum 01.03. (oder 15.03.) eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß, ein sehr großes Fenster, ist mit Laminatboden verlegt und hat hohe Decken (Altbau). Möbel können evtl. bei Bedarf übernommen werden. In der WG gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Fenster, ein gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Couch, TV, Tisch und Stühlen und einen hübschen kleinen Balkon. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und Telefon + Internet ist auch da. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Dachboden, wo du Wäsche aufhängen oder Sachen abstellen kannst und eine Abstellmöglichkeit für deinen Drahtesel.
Du wohnst direkt in der Innenstadt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, genauso die Bushaltestelle zur Uni (Treviris), Bäcker, Drogeriemarkt, Bank etc. Die Bushaltestelle zur FH (Porta) erreichst du in 5 Gehminuten und zur FH am Irminenfreihof sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist 21 Jahre alt und Studentin. Die WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG, wir unternehmen allerdings auch nicht täglich etwas miteinander.
