Hallo, vermiete ab 1.4.2012 ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 3er WG (mit 2 Jungs) Die WG ist sehr zentrumsnah und 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Dich erwartet ein Zimmer mit Parkettboden und großen Fenstern zu einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der angegebene Preis ist der Komplettpreis. Hinzu kommen 400 Euro Kaution und 150 für die Übernahme der Küche. Bei Interesse einfach eine Mail schicken, ich werde euch bald Termine für die Besichtigung geben können.
Zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum sind es jeweils, wenn überhaupt, gerade einmal drei Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte (Aldi, Norma, Kaufland). Die Strasse ist eine Nebenstrasse und daher sehr ruhig.
Bereits in der WG sind 2 Jungs, ein Student, ein Berufstätiger. Das WG Leben ist sehr gemütlich und unbefangen.
