Hallo liebe Suchenden! In unserer 2-er WG wird ein helles Zimmer frei und ich bin auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Die großzügigen 20qm mit großem Fenster sind in der Innenstadt sehr zentral gelegen (Busstation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Fußgängerzone: alles um die Ecke) und doch eine ruhige Lage, da die Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist.
Die Miete beträgt 310€ alles inkl. (Strom, Internet,Telefon etc.). Es gibt einen Vor- und Hauptflur, eine Abstellkammer, Badezimmer und ebenfalls eine helle Küche. Wir sind keine Party oder Zweck-WG und Sauberkeit ist uns kein Fremdwort ;) !! Auf dem Programm stand eher eine unkomplizierte WG mit gemeinsamen kochen, viel lachen und einer gute Gemeinschaft.
