Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hat zwei Fenster und eine hohe Altbaudecke mit Stuck.
Die Wohnung besteht noch aus meinem Zimmer, einem Flur, der Küche und einem großen Bad. Außerdem gibt es genug Stauraum im eigenen Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral:
_ Nahkauf direkt um die Ecke (1min)
_ Kaufland und Bahnhof (5min zu Fuß)
_ Innenstadt (5min zu Fuß)
Es gibt gute Busanbindungen zur Uni (der 4er fährt direkt vor der Tür und der 3er ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichen).
Außerdem fahren Busse in alle Richtungen vom Bahnhof im 10 Minutentakt.
Ich, Robbin studiere an der Fh-Trier und bin 23 Jahre alt. Ich bin ein offener, kommunikativer Mensch und suche jemanden der Lust auf eine 2er WG hat.
Du solltest Interesse haben dich auszutauschen, zu kochen und gerne auch mal zusammen zu trinken oder feiern.
Auf der anderen Seite zieh ich mich auch gerne mal zurück; ein nettes Miteinander eben.
Das Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich ab dem 20.07 frei sein, das müsste dann aber mit dem jetzigen Mitbewohner noch genau abgestimmt werden.
