Hallo! :)
Da sich unsere 2er-WG wegen Studienendes auflöst, suche ich (26 Jahre, Studentin) zum 1. Oktober 2012 eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 ZKDB(etwa 69m²), liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Aldi, ein Bioladen, Nahkauf, dm, Rossmann, Bushaltestellen, Waschsalon etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Küche ist allerdings auch Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Zusätzlich zur Wohnküche gibt es einen weiteren Gemeinschaftsraum, der als Wohn- und Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist unmöbliert und sehr groß (offiziell nur 16m²; ohne Einberechnung der voll bewohnbaren Dachschrägen jedoch etwa 19m²).
