Hallöchen, wir, Sandra(25), Susann(26) und die WG- Katzen Mina und Lotte suchen ab dem 01.04.2013 einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, d.h. zu fuß ist man binnen 10min auf dem Hauptmarkt, 5 min am Aldi (Innenstadt), Lidel und Edika sind auch zu fuß in 10min erreichbar. Um zum Stadtbad zu gelangen muss man sich nur über die Straße fallen lassen. Die Busverbindung ist sehr gut in 1min ist man an der Bushaltestelle zur Uni und FH.
Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein ca. 30 qm großer Dachspeicher der als Abstellraum bzw. dient er hervorragend zum Wäsche trocknen.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, sehr geräumig und hell. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 311€ komplett, also mit Internet und allen Nebenkosten. Hinzu kommt noch die Kaution von 345€.
Zu uns ist noch zu sagen, dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind und auch gerne mal was zusammen unternehmen.
