Hallo, da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin schon einen Monat vorher abhaut, gibt es ihr schönes warmes 20qm Zimmer für einen Monat. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz der Strasse, man hört auch von den Mietern oben drüber kaum was und auch wenn in der Wohnung mal was los ist, kann man ungestört schlafen gehen.
Es gibt noch ein riesiges Durchgangszimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon.
Bei Interesse ruf mich bitte an um schnell einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren. Ich freu mich drauf
Die Bruchhausenstrasse ist die schönste Altbaustrasse Triers. Sie liegt 1 Gehminute entfernt von der Innenstadt - Hauptmarkt. Bushalte (Treviris), Cinemaxx, Netto (Einkaufsparadies), FH Paulusplatz, Chrome & Zapotex liegen rundherum. Trotz der Strasse ist es sehr ruhig (auch durch gut isolierte Fenster)
Meistens bin ich tagsüber arbeiten. Dann gehört die Wohnung dir. Wenn ich nicht unterwegs bin, koche ich abends gerne und bin über einen Mitesser glücklich.
