Hallo, ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für eine Dweier-WG (3 ZKB).Es ist 22m² groß und die Warmmiete beträgt 277 Euro. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergerschoss. Diese verteilen sich auf drei in etwa gleich große Zimmer,eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Badzimmer mit Badewanne (und Duschwand), und einen Balkon. Die Kaution hat eine Höhe von 200 Euro. Das Zimmer wird zum 01. Mai 2013 frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich übrigens in der Innenstadt (Thebäer-Str. 45), in der Nähe von Hbf und somit fünf Gehminuten voneinander entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Kaufland, sind in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen Mitbewohner/innen sind erwünscht. Diese WG ist kein Party-WG und somit sind Feste jeglicher Art untersagt, denn sie machen zu viel Lärm. Und hier darf man auch nicht rauchen. Die Mitbewohner/innen ( 1 Frau und 1 Mann) sind alle sehr nett und freundlich.
