Für unsere schöne 2er-WG suche ich zum 1.5.2013 eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung liegt zentral mitten in der Innenstadt (Jakobstraße), sodass alle Buslinien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. super zu erreichen sind. Sie ist ca. 80 m2 groß mit insgesamt 4 Zimmern, Küche (mit Spülmaschine), Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und einem kleinen Südbalkon. Du hättest zwei gemütliche Zimmer mit jeweils ca. 15 m2. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 255 €, die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf ca. 100 € im Monat (inkl. Telefon und Internet). Ich selber bin Studentin und 24 Jahre alt. Es wäre super, wenn auch du Studentin bist und ungefähr in meinem Alter. Falls du Interesse hast, meld dich einfach und komm auf einen Kaffee vorbei.
