Leider, leider zieht unser Mitbewohner zum 15.7. aus unserer riesigen WG aus, weshalb wir dingend einen Nachmieter suchen.
Einzug ist auch ab 1.8. möglich.
Wir (Elena, Jasmin und Gabor) wohnen mitten in der Stadt zwischen Dom und Basilika in einer 100m^2 großen Wohnung mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, in das theoretisch sogar ein Billardtisch passen würde ;D
Das Zimmer selbst hat 16m^2 und liegt mit dem Fenster in Richtung Innenhof, wodurch man keine Angst vor Straßenlärm haben braucht.
Die Lage ist perfekt für alles:
Bus zur Uni: um die Ecke
Bahnhof: 10 Minuten zu Fuß
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Kaufland beim Hbf, Aldi um die Ecke, Rewe um die Ecke etc...
...
Auch wenn wir teilweise viel zu tun haben (Masterarbeiten, Nebenjobs etc) sind wir keine Zweck-WG und erfreuen uns immer an gemeinsamen Vorglüh-/Koch-/Fernseh-abenden ;)
