Ihr Lieben,
da meine Mitbewohnerin Trier leider bald verlässt, suche ich (Studentin, 25) netten Ersatz (ab 24) für ein ruhiges, helles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mariensäule. Unsere gemütliche Zweier-WG (insg. 58qm) liegt in Thebäerstraße - man wohnt also sehr schön und ruhig, ist aber trotzdem in ein paar Minuten am Bahnhof, an der Porta oder im Supermarkt der Wahl (Kaufland, Aldi, Norma, Edeka) ;) Die Miete von 248€ beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten, also auch für Telefon usw. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Geschirr etc.); außerdem gehört noch ein Kellerabteil dazu und das Fahrrad kann im Innenhof abgestellt werden. Zum WG-Leben: Da es bei uns sehr herzlich zugeht und das auch gerne so bleiben sollte, meldet euch bitte nur, wenn ihr nicht nach einer reinen Zweck-WG Ausschau haltet ;)
Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten, gerne schon mit einigen Worten über euch! Besichtigungstermine sind am Wochenende möglich.
