Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, hat große Fenster, wurde im April erst neu gestrichen. Ansonsten ist auch die ganze Wohnung sehr schön und gepflegt.
Die Miete von 375€ beinhaltet alles, sowohl Warmmiete, als auch Internet und GEZ, etc...
Die Lage ist super, sowohl die Geschäfte der Innenstadt als auch die Mosel sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen!
Meine beiden (Noch-) Mitbwohner sind beide berufstätig und würden sich über jemanden freuen, mit dem man abends auch einmal kochen oder etwas unternehmen könnte.
Am besten wäre eine Besichigung für uns abends einzurichten, weil wir alle arbeiten, oder auch evtl. am WE. Schreibt mir einfach gerne eine E-Mail an und ich werde das mit den Terminen organisieren. Wir freuen uns auf eure E-Mails!
