Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
ab den 01.03.14 wird ein Zimmer in einer sehr netten vierköpfigen WG (m29, w26 und m32) frei. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohung und befindet sich in der Theodor-Heuss-Allee (ist somit sehr zentrumsnah). Mit dem Bus seid ihr in einer viertel Stunde an der Uni. Die Wohnung hat ingesamt 220m² und verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche und zwei Bäder.
Das helle Zimmer hat 29 m² und verfügt über ein eigenes Waschbecken und Spiegel. Auch einen Kleiderschrank benötigt ihr nicht, da einer bereits vorhanden ist.
Die Miete beträgt (inklusive Strom, Internet und Kabel) ca. 353 Euro. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 250 Euro sind an dem Vormieter zu zahlen.
