Hallöchen,
Wir [Benny(26) und Susann(27) sowie die Katzen Mina und Lotte] suchen ab sofort einen neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer, das zu vermieten ist, hat 20qm und ist das hellste der Wohnung. Die Miete beläuft sich auf 320 €, hört sich erst mal viel an aber darin ist alles enthalten: Internet, GEZ, Kabel, Strom, Gas, Wasser etc. Es kommt also nichts mehr dazu. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral die Bushaltestelle zur Uni und FH ist direkt um die Ecke, zu Fuß also 1 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe: Aldi (5min), dm (5min), Lidel (10min), Edeka (5min) und zum Hauptmarkt sind es auch nur 10min Fußmarsch.
Da wir keine Zweck WG sind, suchen wir auch jemand der aufgeschlossen und kontaktfreudig ist. Sie/Er sollte auch kein Problem mit Katzen haben, da sich die zwei Damen frei in der Wohnung bewegen (die eigenen Zimmer sind natürlich ausgeschlossen). Also wenn du dir die WG mal anschauen möchtest, dann schreib einfach eine Mail.
