suche DRINGEND eine/n Nachmieter/in ab dem 15.07 für mein 12qm Zimmer in der Trierer Innenstadt. Du wirst teil einer 3er WG. Da ich nach Australien gehe, überlasse ich dir gerne mein Bett, Schreibtisch, Fernsehtisch+TV, Regal und Nachtschrank für einen guten Preis. :-) Die Kaution beträgt 500€. Wenn du möchtest kannst du ab dem 15.06./01.07. oder 15.07. einziehen. Je früher desto besser. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG. Über eine Nachricht per eMail an würde ich mich freuen. Bis bald!
