Das Zimmer ist mit 25 m² sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Da das Zimmer nicht zur Innenstadt gerichtet ist, braucht man sich keine Gedanken um Lärm zu machen und hat stets seine Ruhe.
Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren neu renoviert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im südlichen Teil der Innenstadt. Die Straße ist voller toller Geschäfte und einfach ein Herzstück von Trier. Die Busverbindung ist sehr gut und die nächste Haltestelle befindet sich etwa 2-5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Du würdest in der WG mit Gerald (27 Arzt) und Alize (29 BWL-Studentin) zusammen wohnen. Auch wenn Beide viel unterwegs sind, bleibt immer wieder Zeit für gemütliche WG-Abende.
Wichtig ist Ihnen in der WG, dass diese so schön bleibt wie sie ist. Sauberkeit und Ordnung werden daher groß geschrieben.
