Das Zimmer liegt zwischen Mosel und Hauptmarkt sehr zentral und mit guter Busanbindung zur Uni. Wir wohnen unter dem Dach, gut isoliert und mit großen Fenstern vom Boden bis zur Decke.
Küche und Waschmaschine gehören zur Einrichtung dazu.
Zu meiner Situation: Ich bin mit dem Studium fertig und würde gerne die Mietkosten während der Jobsuche sparen und deshalb zu meinen Eltern zurückgehen.
Es ist noch nicht ganz geklärt, wann meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, langfristig ist aber die Übernahme der ganzen WG möglich.
