Es werden zwei gemeinsam zu vermietenden, insgesamt 28qm groß, schöne, helle Altbauzimmer, mit hohen Decken, kleinem integrierten Wandschrank und eingebauter Hochbettetage frei, die insgesamt 295€ plus 15€ für Internet(WLan)- und Telefonflat kosten.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120qm groß, hat eine große Wohnküche, überall hohe Decken, ist sehr hell, teils neues Laminat, teils Dielenboden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, Nähe Porta Nigra, am Anfang der Paulinstraße (Zimmer zum Hof hin gelegen). Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busanbindungen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
