Da ich für sechs Wochen für ein Praktikum nach Kaiserslautern gehe, wird mein gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer ist um die 18 qm groß und wirkt noch viel größer durch die 3,90 m hohen Decken. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert inklusive einem Semi-Hochbett (ca. 110cm hoch), dadurch wird etwas Stauraum unter dem Bett frei, der nach Absprache auch genutzt werden könnte. Ein großes Doppelfenster macht das Zimmer recht hell und offen. Natürlich gibt es auch ein eingebautes Rollo für die, die es doch mal gerne dunkel haben. Geraucht werden soll im Zimmer nicht, dafür ist es im Wohnzimmer möglich zu rauchen.
Der Zeitraum ist zwar relativ kurz, aber zum Beispiel ideal für Personen, die neu nach Trier kommen und zu Beginn des Semesters noch kein/e Zimmer/Wohnung gefunden haben.
Since I will be going to Kaiserslautern for an internship for six weeks, my cosy room will be available for that time. The room measures around 18m² and the high ceiling (3,90m) makes it seem bigger. It is fully furnished including an elevated bed (1,10m tall) under which there is a little storage space that could be used after arrangement. A big double window lightens up the room (also with blinds). Smoking in the room is not permitted, for that there is our living room.
The duration is relatively shot, but for example perfect for people who are new to Trier and haven't found a room or apartment yet for the start of the semester.
Die Wohnung ist in direkter Nähe zur Porta Nigra gelegen und befindet sich am Rande der Innenstadt! Schön ist es zur Haustür rauszugehen und entscheiden zu können, ob man rechts direkt in die Innenstadt oder links raus aus dem Trubel in die kleinen Seitenstraßen gehen möchte. Durch die Nähe zur Porta, sind alle Busse in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Von der 5 min entfernten Haltestelle Theodor-Heuss-Allee fährt ein Bus sogar direkt nach Luxemburg. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Norma, Kaufland und sogar ein Unverpacktladen liegen direkt um die Ecke. Wir befinden uns quasi im Herzen von Trier mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Ans schöne Moselufer kommst du in 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Also die besten Vorraussetzungen, um hier eine tolle Zeit zu haben!
The apartment is located in direct neighborhood to Porta Nigra and is on the edge of the city center! It is nice to go out and to be able to decide if you want to go right directly into the city centre or left out of the hustle and bustle into the small side streets. Through the proximity to the Porta, all buses are only a few steps away. From the bus stop Theodor-Heuss-Allee, which is 5 minutes away, a bus even goes directly to Luxembourg. The main station is also less than 10 minutes away. Shopping facilities such as Rewe, Norma, Kaufland and even an Unpacked shop are just around the corner. We are practically in the heart of Trier with everything your heart desires. You can reach the beautiful riverside of the Mosel in 15 minutes by foot.
So the best conditions to have a great time here!
Unsere WG besteht aus Maike (26, Kommunikationsdesign im Bachelor), Thiago (34, Musiker und Gastronom) und Johannes (Lebensmittelwirtschaft im Master). Wir sind offene und tolerante Menschen und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Dabei kann sich auch jeder immer seinen Freiraum nehmen und sein eigenes Ding durchziehen.
Our commune consists of Maike (26, communications design master), Thiago (34, musician and gastronomer) and Johannes (food science master). We are open and tolerant people and enjoy spending time together. Anything but a purposively shared flat. But everyone can always take their own space and do their own thing.
Der Preis ist pro Monat und deckt alle Kosten ab, sodass mit keinen weiteren Kosten zu rechnen ist.
Genaues Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir auch noch gerne absprechen.
