Hi,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 3er WG in Trier ab 01.10. Das Zimmer ist 16m^2 goß und unmöbiliert. Es gibt eine Küche mit Herd + Ofen und ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit hohen Wänden und 3 Fenstern.
DIe Lage ist an der Mosel/Römerbrücke mit ca. 10 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt (Adresse ist Wallstraße 1).
Miete ist super günstig (250€ warm + 30€ strom/internet/GEZ) und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
Die Mitbewohner: Sebastian (19) studiert intermedia design an der FH und Phillip (26) studiert Lehramt an der Uni.
Sind beide super nett und Nichtraucher.
