Hi Leute,
in unserer 2er WG wird zum 1.3. mein 16m² großes Zimmer frei. Das andere Zimmer wird von einem kontaktfreudigen, toleranten, 26 jährigen Studenten bewohnt.
In den 270 Euro ist alles inbegriffen (Strom, Gas, Internet flat, Telefon flat, Waschmaschine). Die Lage der Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht ideal; mitten in der Stadt aber trotzdem ruhig, nur ein paar Meter zu Bus, Bahn und Einkaufsläden; parken mit Anwohnerparkschein möglich (30 Euro im Jahr);
Du solltest fröhlich und WG-tauglich sein, außerdem männlich oder weiblich =)
