Ich suche ab April einen neuen Mitbewohner für eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Stadtteil Trier-Irsch in der Naehe der UNI mit einmaligem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist ca 90 qm groß und hat insgesamt 3 1/2 Zimmer. Das Zimmer (18 qm) wird für mtl. 290 EURO warm vermietet. Enthalten ist darin Strom, Internet, Heizung. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Kein Anwohnerparken, was die Parksituation erleichtert.
