Helles 15m2 Zimmer in 2er Studenten-WG in guter Lage in Trier-Kürenz sucht netten Nachmieter oder NachmieterIn ab sofort. Dein (zukünftiger) Mitbewohner heißt Sebastian, ist Student an der Uni und 24 Jahre jung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im 2. OG in der Domänenstraße, kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor Tür. Die Haltestelle für Busse der Linie 3 ist direkt gegenüber. Fahrzeit bis zur Uni beträgt nur ca 10 min, bis zum Bahnhof nur 5 min. Weiterhin gibt's Sat-TV, DSL mit Wlan, eine komplette Küche mit Backofen und einen Trockenraum inklusive Waschmaschine. Der Garten mit Grill kann natürlich auch mitbenutzt werden :).
